3 lbs. chicken breast 1 large red onion 1 large green bell pepper 8 chili peppers 3 big tomatoes 1 teaspoon salt or to taste 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 3 tablespoon ketchup Bunch of cilantro (chopped) Preparation Cut onion, tomatoes and green pepper in medium size. Cut chilies as you prefer. Cut chicken breast into small pieces. In a pan, sauté onions and green peppers in oil for 2-3 minutes. Add spices, chili peppers and salt. Sauté for one more minute. (Sauté everything over low-medium heat) Add the chicken to the pan, cook over medium heat until done. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot as appetizer or with bread. __
