Border Guard authorities on the east coast seized a boat and its two passengers of Gulf nationality on Saturday after they were observed illegally entering Saudi waters and found to be bearing a “cargo of alcohol”. A police spokesman said the two initially attempted to resist arrest but were restrained by officials, and that a man of “Asian nationality” who was awaiting their arrival to receive the cargo is also being investigated.
