year-old man was killed by a gunman in front of his four children as he was leaving a mosque here after Friday prayers. The murderer was walking behind the man and called out his name. When the man turned around, the murderer pulled out his gun and opened fire, hitting him in the head, face, and chest with four bullets. The man left the crime scene and handed himself over to the Sabt Al-Jarah Police Station in the Qunfudah Governorate, 300 km southwest of Jeddah. The murderer confessed to his crime before the court Saturday, said Maj. Abdullah Al-Bahri, chief of the Harb Police Department.
