A man is said to be in critical condition in hospital after being shot in the head while exiting a mosque in Dhamd on Tuesday. A police spokesman said that the gunman is believed to suffer from “nervous disorders” and that he gave his victim no warning prior to opening fire on him. The gunman handed himself in to police straight after the incident.
