A Pakistani construction worker was killed and five others were injured when a 12-meter high concrete overhead bridge at a building under construction collapsed on Wednesday. The collapse occurred as concrete was being laid at the site in the town of Al-Mubarraz, according to Al-Watan newspaper Thursday, and rescue workers were rushed to the scene to extract survivors from the rubble before they were taken to a nearby hospital. Officials are investigating the cause of the collapse.
