Ingredients • 2 cups thick coconut milk • 1/2 lb brown sugar • 4 eggs • Pinch cardamoms (Optional) • 3 cloves (Optional) • a handful of raisins, cashew Method Beat the eggs in a mixer. Add the coconut milk, brown sugar, cardamoms and cloves to the beaten eggs. Mix well. Empty the mixture in a heat-proof bowl and steam for 20 minutes.
