year-old boy and his two brothers died in an explosion in Datu Saudi Ampatuan town, Maguindanao province, Wednesday morning, a police official said. Senior Superintendent Alex Lineses, Maguindanao provincial police director, identified the boy as Tata Palao and his brothers Saiden and Talaga, residents of Barangay Kabingi, Datu Saudi Ampatuan town. Lineses said the brothers unearthing their processed charcoal near their home around 11:45 A.M. when they accidentally moved an improvised explosive device made of a B-40 rocket. The improvised bomb exploded instantly killing the 9-year-old boy. His brothers died in a hospital. – ABS
