Final investigation results into the death of two Bangladeshi children caused allegedly by a poisonous meal obtained at a Jeddah restaurant will be announced within days, sources said. The decision will be primarily based on the forensic department's report, the sources said. The father of the children claims that the meal from the restaurant was poisoned. The restaurant refutes the charge. Director of Jeddah Heath Department, Sami Ba-Dawood, said that the preliminary report of the case has been referred to a committee composed of representatives of the Emirate, police, mayoralty, and health department. The committee has inspected both the house of the bereaved family and the restaurant. The restaurant employees were also investigated and examined. The autopsy showed that a highly toxic substance caused the deaths. Sources said officials have not yet determined who caused the twins to ingest the poison. __
