Bangladeshi Consul General Mohammed Golam Sarwar (second from R) visited last week a center in Jeddah, where the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination is being held. SGB vice chairman Dr. S.M. Enayet Ullah (first from L) and Bangladesh International School, Jeddah, (BISJ) principal Mohammed Rafiqul Islam Farook (first from R) accompanied the consul general. Sixty students from BISJ and 30 from Makkah appeared for the SSC exams, which began Thursday. Conducted in accordance with the rules of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, SSC is the largest public examination in Bangladesh.
