Smuggled arms seized in Asir

It has been a successful week for the authorities in Asir. They foiled the smuggling of 33 gun machines and 464 bullets from the border with Yemen over the last weekend.
They recovered 108 stolen cars and arrested 221 people wanted for criminal charges.
Col. Abdullah Al-Qarni, spokesman of Asir Police, said the contrabands and stolen cars had been tracked down in different areas in the region. – Okaz __
