An Asian man who is accused of raping an Indian boy has claimed that he carried out the crime because his wife cheated on him back home. Police in Thoual have now referred the case to the Moral Circuit of the General Prosecution Commission after a preliminary investigation. The incident took place last week when the Asian man lured the boy to his room, where he raped him more than once, and threatened to hurt him if he told his father about the incident. The rapist tried to mislead interrogators by claiming the boy had assaulted him, but later withdrew his false allegations when he was confronted with circumstantial evidence against him.
