Tarred hands. Three of 29 persons of unknown identity arrested on Thursday for illegally producing tar in a remote wooded region of Al-Qunfudha. Police officers, who negotiated their way through trees and thickets on foot to reach the site in Kinana Woods in Wadi Hali, said the operation was “extremely profitable” and served clients from as far away as Jizan, Asir and Jeddah.
