A foreign national was arrested on Wednesday for stealing blankets from a Health Affairs storage depot. Police are also seeking to locate the whereabouts of a second man, a Saudi national of unknown identity who was also involved in the theft. A police spokesman said that investigations with the detained man would continue to “establish the motives behind the theft of the blankets”.
