Wireless Broadband Communication Research Center (WBCRC), an affiliate of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and Intel signed recently a three-year cooperation agreement with the Arab regional ASPs & DSPs Association ‘ARISBA' for the research center's introductory campaign for telecommunication and Internet provider companies in the Arab World. ARISBA was registered in the Council of Arab Economy Union at the League of Arab states in September 2006 with the membership of 21 Arabian countries. Fahd Ebrahim Al-Hussein, WBCRC's Director, who signed the agreement from the Saudi side said, “We welcome all companies operating in the region and invite them to take advantage of WBCRC's technical capabilities, experience and human resources to support their business, including wireless broadband networks.”
