Rains lashed most of the Eastern Province Monday night. Moderate to heavy rainfall continued throughout the night and early Tuesday. Residents here woke up to a cloudy morning on Tuesday. Some areas inside the city received light drizzle in the morning and rains spread to other areas in the later part of the day. Residents of Al-Ahsa and Jubail reported slight drizzle in the morning whereas the Dhahran and Al-Khobar areas reported moderate rains.
