Spring in Tabuk. Locals come out to enjoy the weather and see the rains pass through valley courses and snow fall on mountain heights. The last few days have seen picnicking families heading out of town in their hundreds as the first plants emerge from the barren land, turning rural areas into “green parkland and gardens of song,” according to the Saudi Press Agency. __
