Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Interior inaugurated Saturday the symposium on “The Saudi Family and Contemporary Changes”, SPA reported. The symposium is being organized by the Saudi Scientific Society for Sociology and Community Service. He also inaugurated the scientific forum for regulations departments in the Kingdom, which is being organized by the Higher Institute for the Judiciary at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University. In his speech on the occasion, the prince stressed the importance of the symposium and the forum, due to the significance of their topics as seen within the sphere of Islamic Shariah. He said the Islamic Shariah is the approach and policy on which the Kingdom is based since its founding by the late King Abdul Aziz, who made it the main reference for all the regulations and directives whatever be the departments and interests.
