year-old boy drowned after falling into a ditch full of rainwater in Tarif on Wednesday. The child had been playing near the site when he fell, and a passerby spotted him and dragged him out and took him to a hospital. Doctors were unable to revive him. A Civil defense official warned the public not to let their children play near sites where rainwater may have collected and also urged the public not to try and cross through pools of water.
