SR 50m to be paid to displaced

The Ministry of Finance Tuesday started disbursing financial assistance to those living in the Ahad Al-Masareha evacuee camp south of Jizan.
The amounts disbursed to families ranged between SR10,000 to SR25,000. The total amount to be paid out is SR50 million.
The ministry is currently conducting inspection tours at furnished apartments where many displaced people are staying. The ministry on Monday pledged to make up for the delay in financial assistance by paying two months of money to the displaced people.
