Fourteen unidentified Yemenis in the Kingdom illegally were detained and two of them were injured following a pursuit by police through the desert of Sabt Al-Jarra in the region of Al-Qunfuda Monday. The vehicle, which was being driven by a Saudi man in the company of another, was observed by officials and patrols set off in pursuit, prompting a chase that led to the car turning over and causing minor injuries to two of its passengers. Police said the vehicle was destined for Jeddah.
