Despite blind score, the quartet of Mar Portilla 634, Ed Labuac 565, Rudy Punzalan 612 and Puri Parena 644 subdued Joel Nidoy's team. Parena was on top of her team by generating 213, 216 and 215. The lane clipper Parena totaled 644 which won her second Kanny powder milk from Nesma Trading Co. Ltd. for being the lady Bower of the Week. Toto Lim and Malou Nidoy tried to overcome the Waraynons, but the crack was not enough to cover the 31 pins gap. Andy Yumena of Romblomanon displayed unstoppable marks toppling 697 w/hdcp, 6 pins short of the tournament record from rounds of 225, 240 and 232. With Yumena's superior effort, Romblomanon accumulated high team series of 2,936 and registered the second best output of the day. Recognition also went to Gem Jimenez for his 626 tpf, and Jimmy Madingiado with 556 tpf. Breaks went in favor of Artistic Bowlers, as it blanked Shawly Bowlers. Edna Domingo led the Artistics with superb games of 236, 225 and 189. Her effort greatly helped her squad for the Team of the Week honor for accumulating 3,002 total output and it won them free snacks from City Restaurant of Ms. Elly Sy. The Artistics' recognition was best supported by Hani Al-Toki with remarkable games of 191, 194 and 246. Aside from Domingo and Al-Toki, Mohammed Sahel 582, Sameer Shabi 393, Hesham Jamal 378 and Adnan Althiga 368 also laid great contributions. The restaurateurs were headlined by Fully Tabio and Nelson Hofer with 581 and 561 respectively. SPLA bounced back from previous defeat with crucial victory against Fireball Team. The Armors sustained its form by trashing the Rey Feliciano-led team. Archie Santos showed his prolific condition by charging 185, 188 and 221. With the above 200 scratch of Rey del Rosario 224, Raffy Masiglat 212 and Melvin Lising 201 assisted Santos to reclaim the No. 1 position. Sid Sagun of Fireball produced 557 tpf in the contest, but did not stop the bouncing Armors. The match ended at 2,927-270 at Armors advantage. Santoc brothers (Arnold and Ruel) managed to defend back-to-back champ Micah's Pride winning 18-2 against second ranking The Champ-Poy. Younger Arnold Santoc guided his team with 572 tpf while Ruel has 568 tpf. Micah's Pride is fast catching The Champ-Poy in ranking with only 7 points difference. The 2 consistent bowlers Cesar Paran and Rommel Marasigan of The Champ-Poy blocked possible blanking by the Santoc's group. BCIF added 16 gained points after emerging 16-4 winner over Golden Saba.
