Senior citizens and people with special needs now have a drive-thru service to finish their paperwork at the Eastern Province Traffic Department, an official said. The service has been officially started at the Dhahran and Khobar Traffic Departments, and driving schools in Dammam, Dhahran, Khobar, and Qatif, said Col. Saleh Al-Ghanam, chief of the Khobar Traffic Department. Service seekers are serviced in their own vehicles without having to step outside, he said. The service is subject to improvements based on feedback from the public, he added.
