1,000 riyal baby found by road

Authorities are trying to locate the parents of a newborn child found wrapped in cloth and left near a police road checkpoint in an Al-Baha village on Monday. A police spokesman said that the baby girl, who was found with 1,000 riyals tucked inside the garments she was wrapped in, was taken to Baljurashi Maternity Hospital and that investigations were continuing to try and identify the mother.
