9,837 new names on Social Security list

The Ministry of Social Affairs has said that 9,837 new names have been included on the list of beneficiaries of Social Security this year. Minister Yousuf Al-Othaimeen said the new recipients included orphans, disabled people, widows and other persons without providers.
Al-Othaimeen also announced that the ministry has deposited in bank accounts pensions and salaries for the Hijri month of Muharram for 683,162 Social Security beneficiaries.
The minister said that the total sum amounted to SR921, 647,427.
