RP thanks Kingdom for Pinoys' safe Haj

The Philippines thanked Saudi Arabia Tuesday for ensuring the safety of Filipino pilgrims who performed Haj.
Philippine Consul General in Jeddah Ezzedin Tago also congratulated the Filipino pilgrims for completing the pilgrimage.
“The Kingdom's excellent preparations ensured it was safe and orderly and almost free from contagious maladies enabling Filipinos a great opportunity to perform a truly meaningful and spiritually cleansing and uplifting Haj,” Tago said in a report to the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Along with Tago, Haj Attache Solaiman Mutya bid farewell to Amerul Haj 2009 Rep. Pangalian Balindong of Lanao del Sur last Dec. 5.
