Sunil Bharti Mittal, founder of India's biggest mobile phone operator Bharti Airtel Ltd., slipped four places to eighth with a net worth of $8.2 billion. The Ruia brothers, Shashi and Ravi, of the Essar Group, climbed one level to become the fifth richest with a net worth of $13.6 billion. The richest newcomers were two brothers from energy group Torrent Power - Sudhir and Samir Mehta - whose collective wealth was ranked 23rd at $2.02 billion.
