Arab interior ministers, officials, and security experts commended the Kingdom's experience of advisory committees counciling “deviant groups”. The Kingdom has adopted a counseling procedure to integrate Saudi returnees from the US Guantanamo Bay's detention camp into society. The Kingdom is continuing its efforts to retrieve its 13 citizens held at Guantanamo. Sheikh Jabir Al-Khaled Aal Sabah, the Kuwaiti Interior Minister, Jawad Khazim Bolani, the Iraqi Interior Minister, Dr. Mowaffaq Al-Robai'ee, Iraqi National Security Advisor and General Ashraf Refi, the Lebanese Internal Security Chief agreed that the Saudi experience was successful by all standards and is an example to be followed. The Vice President of Dubai's Al-Khaleej Gulf Institute for Strategic Studies, Dr. Mustafa Al-Aani, said US officials are convinced with the Advisory Program the Kingdom has been conducting on the Saudi returnees from Guantanamo. He said that General Douglas Stone, head of US detention facilities in Iraq, testified to its success saying he was convinced the Program was true, and authentic and was not basically aimed to please the US or the world. Al-Aani said the incident of a Kuwaiti returnee who became a suicide bomber in Iraq would not affect the countries' efforts to retrieve their citizens, especially a country that achieved a tremendous success in the matter like Saudi Arabia. - Okaz __
