A gunman who eluded pursuit by a passer-by after being spotted attempting to dispose of his victim's body handed himself in to police in Madina Wednesday. The alleged killer was seen at around noon in the district of Al-Harra Al-Sharqiya trying to dump the body of a man he had shot dead, and fled first by car and then by foot down alleyways to evade his pursuer. Having escaped, the gunman later approached the authorities, and police said that no further comment would be made until investigations were complete.
