Qat guy flees in woman's attire

A Yemeni driver who refused to stop upon police orders eventually abandoned his vehicle after a high speed chase and fled on foot in women's clothes along with a companion, leaving behind over 1,000 bundles of qat. The fleeing pair were later caught by police and confessed to dealing in the banned leaf in the Jizan region.
