Hempel Darts Cup 2008, which is organized by the Eastern Province Darters Association (EPDA) and sponsored by Hempel Paints for the second consecutive year, is all set to begin at the Al-Issa Souk's Union-Ball Darts and Billiards Hall here Friday. EPDA thanked Yusef Al-Sayed, Hempel Paints Country Manager, and Farid Mohammed Al-Duhaim, Deputy Area Sales Manager, for the support given to the association. It will be a team tournament with a maximum of five players per team and formatted in “PhilCup” mode of play. The championship is scheduled to end on July 18. A scintillating 12 weeks of darts extravaganza with valuable prizes, trophies and gift items awaits the winners. EPDA invites all interested darters/groups to join the tournament.
