A local in the town of Rijal Alma has placed his own personal blockage on a water tanker from reaching a neighboring girls' school, saying that the vehicle obstructs the lane to his home. The unneighborly blockade – now in its third day – has led the headmistress of the waterless pupils to take the matter to the regional head of education. The guard at the school complex, Muhammad Ahmad, said the complex accommodates 500 pupils and said that the citizen frequently intercepts the water tanker.
