class hotel has been proposed to be built on the Hail University campus, said Hail University President Ahmad Al-Saif, during a meeting with Prince Saud Bin Abdul Mohsin, Emir of Hail Region, Tuesday. The Emir discussed the development plans and shared his own vision with the university officials. The proposed SR100-million hotel would be designed and constructed by major companies that have built luxury hotels and resorts around the world, he said. The new campus is being built to the north of the city of Hail and covers an area of more than 9 million sq.m. The newly-established university has recently launched its medical colleges to join other colleges of science, computer sciences, engineering, education, and community. The university started to admit students in February 2006.
