King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, has ordered urgent social security payment totaling SR1.16 billion to all families that come under the system, so as to help them through Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr. Minister of Social Affairs Yosef Bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen said the amount will be added to the regular monthly allowance given to the elderly, sick, widows, divorcees, orphans, families of prisoners, and other needy people.
