Celebrating the escape of the assassination attempt at Prince Muhammad Bin Naif Bin Abdul Aziz, Assistant Interior Minister for Security Affairs, Public Security has continued its blood donation campaign launched by Lt. Gen. Saeed Al-Qahtani, Chief of Public Security. Huge number of Special Task officers and non –commissioned officers for Haj and Umrah have flocked to Nour Specialist Hospital at King Abdullah Medical City in Makkah to donate blood. According to Brig. Ali Al-Ghamdi, Commander of Haj and Umrah Forces, more than 1,200 officers have taken part in the campaign. Donors have been assigned evening hours to donate their blood to avoid unnecessary overcrowding. Hospital management has also taken part in the campaign.
