The Administrative Court at the Board of Grievances has upheld a fine of SR50 million imposed by the ministries of health and finance on a construction company for failing to fulfill on time contracts to build hospitals. The company was contracted to build a number of hospitals around the country within 30 months, but six years after works began they remained unfinished, prompting the two ministries to impose the fine. The company's appeal against the penalty has now been dismissed.
