A divorce hearing at a Jeddah court was adjourned Tuesday after ruling that the woman plaintiff had failed to prove that her husband had committed adultery with the family housemaid. The court summoned the husband of the woman, but he refused to grant a divorce until he received repayment of his wife's dowry in full, and denied her claims that he had threatened to publish pictures of her on the Internet if she told anyone of his philandering, saying they were “ridiculous.”
