Border guards foiled Monday an attempt to smuggle into the Kingdom one rocket-propelled grenade launcher, two grenades, five “pen pistols” and quantities of live ammunition after an exchange of fire with a group of smugglers in the northeast Jizan border area. Over the last week large quantities of drugs had been seized as well as individuals entering the Kingdom illegally, officials said.
