The Kingdom has reiterated its belief in establishing world co-existence and cooperation. In a speech here Tuesday, Naif Bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, Consul at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stressed the importance of implementing the Biological Weapons Convention signed in 1972. The Kingdom emphasized the need for a safer world free of all sorts of destructive weapons including biological and toxin weapons. In an attempt to show its determination, the Kingdom is due to host a workshop on the Biological Weapons Convention scheduled to take place in Riyadh in early October.
