Two Saudi women working in the media have been interviewed by the Commission for Investigation and Prosecution (CIP) over the “Saudi Casanova” television show which led to the arrest of Saudi Mazen Abdul Jawad and several of his acquaintances for detailing sexual exploits on a Lebanese channel. A CIP source said Tuesday that a television presenter was questioned at Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation offices in Riyadh and the program coordinator interviewed LBC offices in Jeddah. The two were reportedly freed on conditional release, and investigators are expected to summon others for allegedly “supporting programs that harm society” broadcast by LBC.
