King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, issued a Royal Order Sunday extending the tenure of Prince Misha'l Bin Majed as Governor of Jeddah by four more years. The order also extended the tenure of Abdulrahman Bin Abdulmuhsen Al-Abdel-Kadir, Deputy Minister of Civil Services, by four years. Both the extensions take effect immediately, the Royal Order said. Born in 1957 and a graduate of King Saud University, Misha'l is the eldest son of Prince Majed Bin Abdul Aziz. Prince Misha'l is also a member of the Allegiance Council and head of the Jeddah Governorate Council, as well as President of the Executive Council for Tourism in Jeddah.
