Police in the capital arrested a teenager Friday wanted in connection with a car theft and using the vehicle for joyriding. Officers asked the driver to stop after noting suspicious behavior and when he refused a half-hour pursuit began through city districts which terminated in the man's flight into a residential building where he was arrested. The youth is being investigated for the alleged crime and his connection with a series of similar incidents.
