year-old man charged with attempting to stalk Miley Cyrus is scheduled to head back to court. Mark McLeod was scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon on Tybee Island, on Georgia's coast, where the teen superstar just finished shooting a movie. He's being held on misdemeanour charges of attempted stalking, disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer. Police say McLeod twice came to Tybee Island looking for 16-year-old Cyrus and tried to breach a security perimeter around the movie set in June. Police say McLeod told an officer he was secretly engaged to marry the “Hannah Montana” star.
