Emily Osment, who plays Lilly Truscott in the show and film spin off, wants the next instalment to be based in the UK. “We need to do something like Hannah Montana Goes to London or Hannah Montana on Ice,” the actress told E!. Emily has her own album coming out in the autumn. But it doesn't mean she has any intention of making a break from the popular franchise.
