A serial cat burglar has confessed to the theft of jewelry, electronic appliances and weapons from 17 homes in the capital. The 34-year-old thief reportedly donned black gloves and scaled the walls of private homes before breaking into property with a monkey wrench. Investigators are attempting to establish the individual's connection with a series of other similar incidents.
