Dinghy boy rescued

Coast Guard rescue teams returned a young boy to his family Sunday after he had been carried five kilometers out to sea on a rubber dinghy. Officials said that the child's family had left him unattended and by the time they noticed his disappearance the dinghy had been carried out toward Al-Wasl Island off Tabuk coast.
