The first batch of four Super Post Panamax ship-to-shore container cranes manufactured by ZPMC in Shanghai, China, arrived this week at Jeddah's Red Sea Gateway Terminal. Jeddah Islamic Port (JIP) is the fourth in the world to obtain this type of large quay crane. These state-of-the-art cranes will be the first and largest in Saudi Arabia designed to serve the new generation of container ships visiting the port.
