A delegation from Bangladeshi specialist corporations visited the Jeddah Chambers of Commerce and Industry on Tuesday. Dr. Abdullah Maree Bin Mahfouz, Deputy Chairman of the JCCI Board of Directors, gave a short presentation on investment opportunities in the Saudi market and new developments in the country's labor market in addition to the quality of labor it is seeking. Bin Mahfouz noted the two countries' trade exchange is still limited as it did not exceed SR405 million last year. The Kingdom's exports to Bangladesh were SR345 million but Bangladesh's exports to Saudi Arabia were only SR60 million, he said. M. Latif, the head of the Bangladeshi delegation, expressed his country's willingness for more cooperation in all fields. Calling for a delegation of Saudi businessmen to visit his country, he added that investment opportunities there were excellent.
