Maisoon Nasri, Syria's Deputy Minister of Health for Pharmaceutical Affairs, has announced that new Arab and foreign countries have been added to the list of countries importing Syrian medicines including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and Germany. In a report published Monday in Syrian newspaper Al-Thawra, she said that the number of countries importing Syrian medicines have increased to 60, noting that Syrian exports of medicines amounted to more than $450 million during the first half of this year.
