JBTP Tennis Tour also soared to new highs on its 4th week of team tennis competition when its team JBTP–2 in Category “B2” secured a thrilling win over KAMC. In the first doubles Charbel Mhanna and partner Hani Abu-Ola were defeated by Ron Valdez and Choi Agarin, who shot to 4-1 lead. Hani and Charbel tried to catch their rival and won one for 4-2 score, but Ron and Choi proved too good for them and took the game 8-3 for KAMC. The second doubles saw Said Fadel and Conrad Matias overturn the tide and take 4-0 lead over Arthur Tanega and partner Mohammad Marami, before increasing it to 7-3. Arthur and Mohammad tried to bounce back but lost it 8-4. The decision now depended on the third game, played by Gerry Nazaire and Mohammed Al-Fares of JBTP-2 over Andrew and Mark Allan of KAMC. Gerry and Mohammed controlled the game and took 5-1 lead, but their rival showed grit in making a come-back with 5-4 score. Gerry and Mohammed, however, increase their lead 6-4, only to lose their advantage when Andrew and Mark drew level 6-6. Gerry and Mohammed kept their cool and came out 8-6 winner for JBTP–2.
