Hit-and-run boat pilot arrested

A 19-year-old man was rushed to hospital after a hit-and-run accident while he was swimming off Half Moon Beach in Dammam Wednesday. The swimmer was rescued by Border Guard patrols after being hit by a boat whose pilot fled the scene only to be stopped by authorities several hours later.
